  Keith gave me a quote for our roof back around August or September of this year, and I was hoping to wait until the spring to have him out to do the work, but this year's Halloween storm and the leaking bathroom ceiling it caused changed … More our plans. I called Keith the morning after, and he not only honored the now months old quote, he got everything ordered and the new roof on the house before Thanksgiving.
  His crew was very thorough in preparing for the new shingles, and 14 full 4×8 sheets of new decking later the new roof was on and water tight. They did an absolutely fantastic job. It made a huge visual improvement to the house and it's a huge relief knowing that our house won't be rotting away from the inside any time soon.
  In addition to the great work, Keith was very gracious in dealing with my nonstop questions. I'm an engineer and a heaping dose of both curiosity and perfectionism come with that occupation. Keith took the time to answer my questions and took them in stride, and was overall very communicative and open about the whole process. I appreciate that in a contractor and will remember it when I have other big projects in the future.
